What truly captivated me in Tales of Wonder was the stunning upgrade of historical silhouettes! The Flapper/Garçonne style from the 1920s is delightfully straight and short, while the Victorian era’s bodices feature beautiful bustles and tighter corsetry. I absolutely loved the Empire silhouette from the early 1800s, with its high-waisted, flowing designs, often paired with elegant “Spencer” jackets. The skillful combination of modern and historical embellishments—like pearls stitched into corsets and delicate charms arranged thoughtfully—creates a harmonious look, with crystal adornments accentuating the tailoring beautifully without overpowering it. What an inspiring artistic journey!
